We chose Jinya because if it’s beautiful gardens and grounds, delicious food and amazing hot spring baths. We were looking for a venue that would evoke the traditional Japanese experience, of beautiful nature and tranquility. The staff at Jinya are exceptional and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. The food was superb and stunning in it’s taste and presentation. We would like to thank Mr Kenji Kato particularly for putting up with our limited Japanese and working tirelessly to make our day run smoothly and accommodating our requests. And thank you to all the staff that made our stay at Jinya a memorable experience.
Our wedding day at Jinya has become an incredible and joyous memory that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Everything went perfectly, from the fine weather, fine food and fine company. Jinya is a wonderful place to be married, with a stylish ceremony hall with a view of an amazing koi pond outside, picturesque gardens and reception hall with the perfect blend of Japanese and Western design. We also would like to compliment the chef Atsushi Fujimoto, for creating such a delicate and delicious menu that showcased the quality of produce that matched the Autumn season we were in. We also enjoyed partaking in some Japanese traditions such as the mochi-making ceremony, which we might never have had a chance to experience elsewhere.
We think everything was perfect! And we thank you for being so accommodating, having so many foreign guests, and for allowing us the time to take photos with our photographers off site. We managed to get a view of Mt Fuji!
