Jinya-Inn was one of the most unique, intimate, and beautiful
settings that we could have ever asked for. Even before
setting foot at the inn, you could tell from the pictures and
location that it would be a special place to have a wedding, as
well as to have an extended stay overnight. Hearing from our
wedding coordinator how accommodating and patient the staff
were, as well as how charming the grounds were was enough
to make our decision to choose Jinya an easy one. We can
just say that everything looks even more stunning in person,
and the staff were as kind and helpful as you can imagine,
and just a pleasure to have around.
The ceremony which was on the Takekawa deck was set up
beautifully with attention to every detail accounted for.
Naturally, Jinya’s scenery created a beautiful atmosphere.
But combined with Jinya’s staff in coordination with our
wedding planner Mina Usui, the entire wedding they produced
was as elegant, on-time, and stress-free as one could’ve dreamed.
The dinner that followed was expertly crafted by Jinya’s head
chef which took place in the Matsukaze Room. Every dish
(and there were many) was delicious and balanced, and was
described by the chef himself (translated by Mina). They were
also very accommodating towards our guests that had food allergies.
We’d love to leave some constructive criticism if we had any, but
even trying to nitpick something is difficult to do. Like I mentioned
earlier, every attention to detail was accounted for from the time we
arrived until the time we left.
